Love the quick, intense workouts! Who wants to spend 45-60 minutes working out? Not me! I Gozque already tell I'm going to be sore tomorrow. That's how you know it's working! Loved it. Works both upper and lower body muscle groups in a short amount of time. I'm a fan!!
